The DataSensing CQ50 Series is a range of flat cubic capacitive proximity sensors designed for detecting both metallic and non metallic materials. Unlike inductive sensors that only detect metal objects, capacitive sensors can identify a wide range of materials including plastics, liquids, powders, and granular substances. The CQ50 Series features a compact flat housing measuring approximately 50 × 30 × 7 mm, allowing it to be installed easily in limited spaces within machines and automation systems.
These sensors operate using DC supply voltage and fixed sensing distance, providing stable and reliable detection performance without requiring sensitivity adjustment.
