The DataSensing CQ55 Series is a range of cubic capacitive proximity sensors designed for detecting a wide variety of materials including solids, liquids, powders, and granular substances. Unlike inductive sensors that detect only metal objects, capacitive sensors such as the CQ55 Series can detect both conductive and non conductive materials, making them suitable for applications like level detection, packaging inspection, and material presence sensing. The sensors feature a compact rectangular housing measuring approximately 55 × 35 × 15 mm, enabling easy integration into industrial machinery and automated systems.
The CQ55 Series operates with DC power supply and adjustable sensitivity, allowing users to fine tune the sensing distance depending on the target material and installation conditions.
