The DataSensing FC8 Series consists of ultrasonic fork sensors specifically designed for precise label detection in industrial packaging and automation applications. These sensors use ultrasonic technology to reliably detect both transparent and opaque labels, overcoming limitations commonly found in optical sensors when dealing with clear or reflective materials. With a compact fork design featuring a narrow slot width, the FC8 Series is optimized for high-precision detection in fast-moving labeling processes such as bottling, packaging lines and conveyor systems.

The series supports dynamic and static Teach-in functions, allowing quick setup and adaptation to different label materials and thicknesses. Built with a rugged aluminum housing and equipped with configurable PNP and NPN outputs, the FC8 sensors offer flexibility and durability in industrial environments. With a high switching frequency of up to 1500 Hz and the ability to detect very small labels with high accuracy, the FC8 Series ensures reliable performance even in high-speed production lines.
