The DataSensing SRX3 Series consists of high-performance ultrasonic fork sensors specifically engineered for reliable detection of transparent and opaque labels in demanding industrial applications. Using advanced ultrasonic technology, these sensors can accurately detect labels regardless of color, transparency or material, including clear labels on transparent backing and multilayer films. The fork design with a 3 mm slot width ensures precise alignment and stable detection, while the high resolution enables detection of label gaps as small as 2 mm, making the SRX3 Series ideal for packaging, labeling machines and high-speed production lines.
The series supports both dynamic and static Teach-in modes, allowing flexible configuration depending on application requirements. Models are available with PNP and NPN outputs, along with options for M8 or M12 connectors and remote Teach-in capability.
