The Riko FZ1-KP2 is a compact fiber optic amplifier designed for precise detection in automation and machine control systems. With an ultra slim body of only 10 mm thickness, the amplifier can be installed in narrow spaces and multiple units can be mounted side by side, making it ideal for high density sensor installations. It works together with fiber optic cables to detect small objects, edges, or presence in confined areas where traditional photoelectric sensors cannot be easily installed.
The amplifier features a 20 turn sensitivity adjustment knob that allows operators to fine tune detection sensitivity for different objects and conditions. It also provides selectable sensing distance modes including long distance detection of approximately 8 to 11 cm and middle distance detection of about 4 to 6 cm. With a fast response time of 1 ms and built in protection circuits for reverse polarity and over current, the FZ1-KP2 ensures stable and reliable performance in industrial automation environments.
