The Riko SU18‑N3 and SU18‑P3 U‑shape photoelectric sensors are compact, high‑speed optical switches designed for reliable detection of opaque objects passing through a slot. With a wide 18 mm sensing opening, these sensors are suited for conveyor part sensing, label or paper detection, position verification, and similar industrial automation tasks. Both models use an infrared LED emitter and operate with a wide DC supply range, delivering fast response at up to 1000 Hz.
