The SENPUM PC‑N Series is a line of miniature colour sensors designed for compact colour and surface detection in industrial automation applications. These sensors are part of the Amplifier Built‑in Type colour sensor family and feature small‑form factor housings that make them especially suitable for installations where space is limited or where fine‑spot detection is required. The PC‑N Series uses visible light colour detection technology to identify colour differences, contrasts, or presence of coloured features on objects as they pass through the sensing area.

Models in the PC‑N Series include normal spot, ultra‑small spot, and line spot variants, available in both NPN and PNP output configurations. This variety allows integration with different control systems (such as PLC inputs or machine logic boards) while preserving compact design. Typical applications include colour sorting, surface quality inspection, and colour contrast detection in assembly or packaging lines where space and precision are both important.
