The SENPUM PC2‑V Series is a line of fluorescent colour sensors designed to reliably detect fluorescent markers and fluorescent‑treated materials independent of colour patterns or surface colours. These sensors use a dedicated UV LED light source to excite fluorescent targets and detect the resulting emitted light, making them suitable for applications such as fluorescent tag detection, fluorescent tape or powder sensing, and high‑contrast presence detection that is difficult for conventional colour sensors. Typical mounting environments include printing and labelling lines, quality inspection stations, and systems where standard visible‑light colour sensors struggle with poor contrast.
PC2‑V Series sensors combine these specialised optical modules with built‑in amplifiers and robust industrial design, offering compact housings, simple sensitivity adjustment, and solid protection circuitry.
