Amplifier Built-in Type

The SENPUM LA2‑W/WS Series is a family of intelligent white light digital display colour sensors with built‑in amplifiers for reliable object surface and colour change detection. These sensors use a high‑brightness white LED light source and digital display to support stable detection at medium to long distances, even on highly reflective surfaces or with distance variation. The series includes models with NPN, PNP, NPN/PNP, and relay outputs, offering flexibility for integration with different control systems. Multiple timer and logic settings (OFF, ON‑delay, OFF‑delay, single trigger), mutual interference prevention, and robust protection circuits support deployment in complex industrial environments.

Both the LA2‑W and LA2‑WS variants operate under the same intelligent white colour sensor platform, but typically differ by detection distance and certain output formats. The LA2‑W models generally cover the 30 – 500 mm range, whereas LA2‑WS models are tailored for the 30 – 300 mm range, each available in cable or relay output types to suit application needs.
