The Telco SpaceMaster™ SMT 9020C TP 5 and SMR 9120 TP 5 are thru‑beam photoelectric sensors designed for industrial object detection across short to medium distances. In this pair, the SMT 9020C TP 5 transmitter emits a continuous infrared beam that the SMR 9120 TP 5 receiver detects. When an object interrupts the beam, the receiver’s output switches, providing a reliable detection signal for automation systems such as conveyor controls, packaging machines, and material handling equipment.
Both sensors are built in a robust M12 threaded housing with a fixed 5 m cable, offering simple installation and strong mechanical protection for factory environments. With an operating voltage range of 10–30 V dc, IP67 protection from dust and water ingress, and clear LED indicators for power and output status, this sensor pair delivers dependable performance and ease of alignment during setup and maintenance.
