The Baumer CleverLevel® LBFH is an advanced point level sensor engineered to reliably detect liquids and bulk solids with frequent media change and varying process conditions. Based on frequency sweep technology, the LBFH delivers precise level switching by measuring changes in dielectric constant, making it effective across a wide range of media including sticky, foamy or viscous materials. It provides dual switching thresholds and adaptive or window trigger modes for flexible control and improved process reliability.
Designed for industrial and hygienic environments, the LBFH sensor combines rugged AISI 316L stainless steel and PEEK wetted parts with a 360-degree multicolor LED status indicator and an IO-Link interface for remote configuration and diagnostics.
