The Baumer CleverLevel® LBFI is a versatile point level sensor designed for frequent media change and demanding industrial applications. Using frequency sweep measurement technology, the LBFI delivers reliable detection of liquids, pastes, powders and bulk solids by sensing changes in dielectric constant. It offers both window trigger and adaptive trigger modes to adjust intelligently to varying media and process conditions, helping ensure stable switching even when media properties change often.
Built for flexible integration, the LBFI features two adjustable switching outputs that support independent trigger thresholds and multicolor 360° LED status indication for easy visual feedback. The robust stainless steel and PEEK wetted parts are combined with an IO-Link interface for remote configuration and diagnostics.
