The Baumer AFI4 (CombiLyz) is a performance‑class conductivity measurement sensor designed for precise inline measurement of liquid conductivity and concentration in industrial and hygienic processes. It integrates both the conductivity sensor and transmitter in one compact unit, featuring all wetted parts in PEEK and a compact hygienic design compliant with 3‑A sanitary standards, EHEDG certification and FDA‑compliant materials — making it suitable for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and water treatment applications. The AFI4 provides reliable measurement across a wide range of conductivity spans and supports flexible output configurations including multiple analog channels.
Equipped with a built‑in graphical display and programmable features such as temperature compensation, selectable measuring ranges, and configurable media concentration calculation, the AFI4 allows both local and remote configuration via IO‑Link or programming tools.
