The Baumer CombiTemp TFRH is a modular hygienic RTD temperature sensor engineered for precise process temperature measurement in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and other sanitary industries. Built around a configurable platinum RTD (Pt100) element, this sensor can be assembled with a wide range of hygienic process connections and options to match installation needs, including built-in 4 … 20 mA or 4 … 20 mA with HART transmitter outputs or direct Pt100 resistance output. It is designed with hygienic standards like 3-A, FDA and EHEDG certification for reliable performance in wash-down environments.

The modular construction allows customization of immersion depth (20 … 3000 mm), connectors, housings, and optional touch display interfaces. With robust AISI 316L stainless steel wetted parts and IP67 protection (IP69K with appropriate cable), the TFRH delivers stable temperature measurement under condensing humidity and vibration conditions while supporting flexible installation in piping, tanks or vessels.
