The CONTEC EPC-C5000B is a powerful embedded industrial PC designed for demanding automation, machine vision, digital signage, and edge computing applications. It supports a range of 10th generation Intel® Xeon® W and Core™ processors (Comet Lake) which provide high-performance computing and built-in graphics for complex tasks including multiple display outputs and high-speed processing. The system can be ordered in a build-to-order (BTO) configuration to tailor CPU, memory, storage, and operating system to your specific application needs.
The EPC-C5000B is designed with rich interface options and expansion capability, including two PCI Express (x8) expansion slots for additional cards and a wide set of I/O including USB, LAN, video, serial, and audio. It also incorporates CONTEC’s power failure protection system which helps prevent data loss by safely managing power outages without a full OS shutdown. The unit runs on AC mains power (100 to 240 VAC) and supports industrial operating systems such as Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2021 LTSC or MIRACLE Linux 9.0.
