The SLR11 Series is a high performance safety interlock switch designed to provide both locking and monitoring functions for safety doors, panels, covers, and other movable guards on machinery. It adheres to EN ISO 13849‑1 Category 4 / PL e and IEC/EN 60947‑5‑3 safety standards with CE certification, delivering a high level of functional safety suited for demanding industrial automation environments. Its dual redundant outputs, periodic self‑diagnosis and cross‑diagnosis, and optional universal or unique coding modes help prevent hazards caused by single signal loop failures and improve anti‑tamper protection.

Designed with a compact 29.7 × 29.7 mm profile and robust mechanical structure, the SLR11 interlock can withstand high mechanical tension, offer strong locking force exceeding 2000 N, and maintain reliable operation through over 1 million cycles of mechanical endurance. It supports flexible installation directly on aluminum frames under 30 mm without requiring additional brackets, and can be used in cascaded safety circuits with up to 20 devices connected. Typical installation applications include robotics cells, semiconductor equipment, automated production lines, laser welding machines, and hazardous process areas where access control and guard locking are critical for operator safety.
