The MRT2000 is an intelligent vision module specialized in cargo pallet recognition and visual obstacle avoidance. It uses a high‑performance onboard computer for image recognition and processes data using KC Robots’ own algorithms. The module outputs absolute position information and deflection (angle) data for recognized pallets, making it suitable for integration with autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and AGVs that require feedback on object location and orientation for navigation and handling.
Designed for industrial environments, the MRT2000 supports configuration of obstacle avoidance zones and can connect up to two stereo vision cameras to provide comprehensive visual obstacle avoidance and all‑around protection for the robot. This makes it suitable for complex applications such as fork‑type, platform‑handling, cooperative, and customized mobile robot systems.
