The Murrelektronik CUBE67+ Bus Node 56535 is a fieldbus interface module for the Cube67 modular I/O system, designed to connect distributed I/O modules to an EtherNet/IP network. It serves as the communication anchor between the PLC and field I/O modules, supplying both power and data to up to 32 connected Cube67 modules in a distributed automation setup. It supports Machine Option Management (MOM) so configuration can be adapted across the system, and it provides tools such as I/O mapping and I/O checking for diagnostics and commissioning.
The bus node is built with a fully potted plastic enclosure rated at IP67 for protection against dust and water ingress in harsh industrial environments. The unit accepts 24 V DC supply and provides integrated diagnostics through LEDs and bus feedback.
