The SENPUM LG Series comprises multi-function high-precision laser micrometers designed for accurate dimensional measurement and edge detection in industrial automation and quality control systems. These sensor heads use visible red semiconductor laser light sources and operate in a through-beam arrangement, enabling precise measurement of target edges, thickness, position, or object presence within a defined measuring range. The series supports high sampling speeds and excellent repeatability, making it suitable for applications such as manufacturing inspection, material profiling, and part alignment.

The series includes two main sensor models, LG-012 and LG-028, which differ primarily in measuring range and precision performance. They communicate measurement data via RS-485, making them compatible with controllers and data acquisition systems for real-time monitoring and control. The rugged industrial design features high tolerance to vibration and shock, wide operating temperature range, and IP65 or IP67 protection class, enabling reliable use in factory environments.
