The SENPUM LM Series is a family of CMOS laser displacement sensors designed for non‑contact precision distance and position measurement across a range of industrial applications. Using a red semiconductor laser (Class 2) and high‑speed CMOS detection, the series delivers stable measurements with excellent repeatability even on surfaces with varying reflectivity. Different models in the series cover measuring distances from short (20–45 mm) to long (up to 1000 mm), making them suitable for tasks like object thickness checking, surface profiling, height control, and automated inspection in manufacturing lines.

The sensors are designed with IP67 protection for rugged factory environments and support selectable sampling speeds to balance precision versus processing time. Typical outputs include open‑collector judgment signals and options for analog and communication outputs when paired with compatible controllers. The modular architecture (separate amplifier/controller and sensor heads) allows flexible installation and integration into PLC or system networks.
