The SENPUM LM2-Q Series is a family of medium and long-distance laser displacement sensors designed for accurate distance and position measurement across a variety of industrial applications. These sensors emit a class 2 red semiconductor laser and use triangulation technology for precise detection of object distance, even with surface colour or reflectivity variations, ensuring stable measurement in automation, counting, stacking, and object profiling tasks.

Available models in the LM2-Q Series range from short-range variants (e.g., LM2-Q045CAT) with measurement spans of a few centimetres to long-range types (e.g., LM2-Q2000T) capable of monitoring up to two metres. The sensors feature selectable response times, multiple analog and digital output options, rugged IP67 protection, and flexible supply inputs, making them suitable for integration with PLCs and factory control systems.
