Connector Interface Modules for Industrial Optical Parallel Data Transmission

The Hokuyo DMJ-CN3-Z50, DMJ-CN4-Z01, and DMJ-CN4-Z50 are optical connector modules for use with the DMJ series of optical data transmission systems. These modules provide the interface between infrared optical heads and industrial controller systems, enabling 8-bit parallel data communication over a half-duplex optical link without physical cables. They support adjustable transmission distances (typically around 1 m), a 30° full angle optical field, NPN open-collector outputs, and standard inputs for parallel data lines. The Z01 and Z50 versions add enhanced environmental tolerance and optimized transmission characteristics for communication reliability. All models are designed for industrial conditions with vibration and impact resistance and operate from 24 VDC.
